Established since 1985, Serene Nursing Home
Pte Ltd has been expanding steadily to meet the demands of the community.
To date, we have two
Homes that are strategically located in the eastern and central parts of
Singapore. Both homes offer 24 hours long term residential care and
respite care services. The nursing care are provided by a team of
professional nurses. Our physiotherapist plan specific programmes for
individuals.
You can easily call our Head Office or any of our Nursing
Home for enquiry and best of all, you are most
welcome to visit our homes anytime and we will be there to assist you.

chronic medical conditions, e.g. stroke, head injury, spinal injury,
terminal illness.

Basic Ward Charges

Nursing Home Charges

General nursing
cares and services to meet the total needs of the resident including treatment
and administration of medications ordered by the resident's physician.

Personal services
and supplies for the comfort and cleanliness of the resident. These include
assistance with eating, dressing, toilet functions, baths, brushing teeth,
combing hair, and other services and supplies necessary to permit the resident
to maintain a clean, well-kept personal appearance.
-
Room (semiprivate
or ward accommodations) and board, including therapeutic diets, necessary to
provide proper nutrition. This includes feeding residents unable to feed
themselves.

Dietician
controlled meals - 3 main meals and 2 tea breaks.

Bed and bath linens
-
Safety and
treatment equipment such as bed rails, intravenous administration stands,
suction apparatus, and other items generally provided by nursing facilities
for the general use of all residents.
Standard walkers or
standard wheelchairs will be provided for the duration of Physiotherapy
sessions, if and when ordered by the physiotherapist.
Nurse will walk
patient to improve and maintain mobility of the elderly, if and when order by
the physiotherapist.
Laundry services of
personal apparel.

Some of the above
services may incurred a separate charge and will be billed separately from
the published Ward Charges.

Consumable, like
diaper, catheters, tubing, blood sugar test, oxygen therapy etc will
incurred separate charge and will be billed together with the published Ward
Charges.

supplies not covered under our Nursing & Ward charges will incurred separate
charge and will be billed together with the published Ward Charges.

Monthly/Weekly
Ward Fees & estimated recurring consumable charges will be advised upon
