Long Term Nursing
Care is a long-term care service which aims to provide relief for family
caregivers. This is ideal for those who are unable to take care of the loved one
and would be more comfortable leaving their loved one under the care of a
Nursing Home; knowing that their loved one will be in the hand of professional.
The family caregivers
can choose to admit their loved ones into any of our Nursing Homes for a
pre-determined length or on a monthly basic. Our nursing staff will take over
the overall care of your loved ones until the caregivers are ready to bring them
home.

Our doctors will
visit you regularly to:

Provide
comprehensive medical care for the residents.

Medical
examination on admission.

Follow up at
weekly intervals.

Ad hoc
consultation.

Regular review
and prescription of medications for all residents.

Identification of
risk factors & formulation of appropriate treatment plans.

Liaison with the
respective medical specialists when residents are hospitalized.

Ordering of
necessary lab & other investigations.

Review & manage
chronic medical conditions, e.g. stroke, head injury, spinal injury,
terminal illness.

Our nurses are able
to provide nursing care such as:

24-hour nursing
services

Monitoring of
general health

Monitoring of
vital signs (Blood Pressure, Pulse Rate etc),

Assistance with
Activities of Daily Living (ADL) - Feeding, Bathing, Toileting, Dressing,
Transferring and Mobility.

oral medication.
